Clean and cut okras in half.
Boil okras in water for 5 minutes.
Rinse okras in cold water.
Cut tofu into bit size.
Place okra and tofu in plate.
Top with cilantro and katsuobushi.
Drizzle soy pasta and sriracha on top.
Ingredients
3 cups of Okras
2 cups of Tofu
1 tbsp of chopped Cilantro
2-3 tbsp of soy paste
some sriracha chili sauce
2-3 tbsp of katsuobushi (dry fish flakes)
